Studying Multiple Languages at Once

So this semester I may or may not have mentioned that I'm in 3 different language courses: English, Spanish, and Japanese. Although I am already fluent in English, it is a requirement to take in most post secondary programs - though I don't have a major declared yet.

This pattern could resemble my interest in communication and interactions. Given at the fact that I also dream of being a music artist, it seems I really enjoy expression.

Oddly enough, I don't fret at all when writing papers as I don't worry too much about word count. I really don't mind writing, it's just I'm not too sure at the moment what kind of career it would translate into later on.

Attached to this post is a picture that sums up what learning a language looks like. Just like most things in the world, it takes a lot of practice and repetition. I took the picture sort of as an accomplishment, as there are definitely way more flashcards and scrap paper that I wrote on in trying to practice Japanese and Spanish. Even at the moment I'm practicing my English just by writing this post.

If I had to guess how much I've spent on each language I'd guestimate:

Spanish

-Over 70 college lectures
-Over 100 pages of class notes

-Over 144 online acivities to do

-10 Para escribirs

-2 compositions

-~12 quizzes, one for each chapter
-4 midterms
-2 finals

-2 oral exams

My own studying
-Around 1,000 flash cards, including online ones
-Around 10 8x11 papers both sides with tiny handwriting

Total hours as of November 23,2016 =
~120?   *VERY ROUGH CALCULATION

Japanese

-24 college lectures

-15 class notes (heavy textbook, slides use)

-60 workbook pages

-2 midterms

-1 final

-2 oral exams

My own studying

-150 flash cards (all online)

-studying with cousin = 13 hours

-paper scrap = 10 hours

Total hours = 80???

And by no means am I declaring that I am fluent or a master of any language, I am simply an apprentice of each language should I continue to learn them (in which I plan to practice a little bit everyday).

Hey wouldn't it be a good idea to invent an app that let's you select which languages you'd like to practice everyday and let's you choose how much and what to practice? Just a thought..
