Efficiency l (secondary voice perspective)
I really want to get into a habit of writing in this blog as a collection of thoughts so that I can look back at my ideas over time and how they evolved.
There are only 24 hours in a day. Though it may seem like a lot, it really goes by fast. At least 1/3 (8) of the 24 hours is spent sleeping/resting. On days of working a job you spend another 1/3 of your day working. That leaves the last 1/3 of your day to do whatever tasks you may need to do.
I'd say that my prioritization skills could improve along with better multi-tasking. It's good to take breaks after x amount of work. It's also good to recognize what counts as a break and when you deserve a break. The way I like to think of it is you earn your rest, aka your sleep at night. Put in work daily so that you're tired enough to 'pass out' at night or whenever your time of slumber is. As extra motivation and as important as sleep is, one extreme way to think of it is "I can rest when I'm dead." Make the most out of your life!! I'm trying!
Furthermore, your brain can only process so much information at once. If you feel like your mind is overloaded and you feel the stress, you probably need a break. Why do you think I'm writing this at the moment?
Having a schedule is good too, so you have a basis of what to follow and manage your time well. I'm trying to think of the times throughout my day that I can consider as breaks, and times where I can be working or even multi tasking. I shall list out as much as possible..
Working/studying
While at work
In the bus
During breaks at school
Hence why it's important to make the most out of your time. I will write a post on things I should be doing daily because I greatly value my personal growth. I also plan to write a post on my current status and situation. At the moment I am tired - perhaps even a little restless. However I am persevering and trying hard. I can always do better though. I want to have an impeccable work ethic, one such of the bad ass smart anime male protagonist characters.
I shall conclude this post by sharing a somewhat rushed poem I recently wrote on the topic of "time". Enjoy.
I'm always here right by your side
You cannot run you cannot hide
I keep on going; yes I will never stop
Some want to press rewind and turn back the clock
But it doesn't work like that when I'm a part of history
The way I work, how I work is just another mystery
Others have the nerve of wanting to press skip
Even if they could they would simply lose grip
I am always changing, in fact you can change with me too
Just watch what you do with me, be careful what you do
Do You see? though you cannot really see yours truly
But you can still keep track as I tick - it’s my duty
-to run endlessly, though I am limited as I taper
So make the most of me now and plan some of me for later
I may feel long but when I'm gone I feel fast
Nothing is forever - for you I won't last
*Alarm*
So here we are this is the end I hope you enjoyed this Rhyme
Now you know my identity, don't Waste me-
Regards,
Your Time
