The Protein Dilemma

Currently my face is inflammated(?) af. I can confirm that my sensitive skin is highly prone to breakouts and the like when I take whey protein.

Sad to say but I'll have to find alternatives  to meet my daily protein intake. I'm thinking between a mix of normal foods of my diet, yoghurt fat free mixed with smoothies, and grass-fed meat.

I cannot tolerate it any longer.  My face feels super uncomfortable. It's a sacrafice not worth making.
