Wait. Don't delay.

As my grandfather used to say, it's better to be the one waiting rather than to make others wait.

I need to work on my time management skills. I stated in a previous post the significance of time and even wrote a poem on it. Before you know it all your time is up. It goes by quicker than we perceive it to, believe it or not.

The reason for this post is because today I showed up late to core boot camp. Despite not being too late and the class being totally optional and free, I do like to make the most out of any opportunities. Showing up late means you missed out. It means you gotta catch up.

In terms of this class, I like to do my own warm up of dynamic stretching before the class begins. Although, the class run by Rhonda does provide its own warm up, I like to get my whole body ready for anything.

I believe that more rest should correlate with more work. The longer I choose to stay in bed, the more effort I'll have to put in getting ready for an event as I have less time and I have to rush while remaining fluent. This would mean less rest means less work.  This does not mean to purposely rest less. It's ideal to find a balance and rest appropriately while working hard enough.

**Sorry, not sorry, for the re-occurring theme of earning your rest. Life is a grind as I choose to accept it. I can rest when I die (hopefully up in heaven joining my grandfather and other beloved ones).

-To conclude, as every Wednesday at 9:00AM is core class, I will get out of bed by 7:15. I will eat breakfast and get ready then head to the gym. I will warm up appropriately and participate in the class. Following I will study in the team lounge then in the library at 12:00pm. Afterwards at about 3:00pm or so I will head home.
